Boston in Three Days

I was in Boston for three days working at the Boston Early Music Festival (www.bemf.org). Early Music can be defined as music from the Baroque, Renaissance and Medieval periods performed mostly on historical instruments. Suffice it to say that this is a niche audience. We, along with dozens of instrument builders, sheet music publishers and organizations, had a booth at the exhibition.

I took the opportunity to walk around downtown Boston and accidentally happened upon the pub used as inspiration for the "Cheers" sitcom.

Also pictured is a statue of Samuel Adams, brewer and patriot.
