Yet another of our favorite people pulled up the stakes and left the Emerald City. Luzie and her husband Dirk are a relatively recent addition to the gang, but certainly count as a pillar of all things related to hanging out, drinking beer and having a good time doing nothing in Seattle. Dirk is wrapping up his project at UW and, being a teacher, Luzie had to take a job back home in Germany for fall. She is now settled in Berlin, looking for a cat and awaiting Dirk's arrival next month. She decided to say goodbye to the US of A by having a yard sale and going bowling. Talk about embracing our culture!
